Our Graduation & Farewell Celebration will be held at Vineville Baptist Church (2591 Vineville Ave.) on Thursday, May 24th at 6:00 p.m.
Graduation & Farewell Celebration
Please join us on May 24th for our Graduation Ceremony from 6:00 to 6:30 p.m. This is an outside event held at our MOM campus. Students that are moving into a new classroom next year will receive a graduation certificate and will be welcomed by their new classroom community. All children will be part of the festivities! Following the graduation ceremony, MOM will have a Farewell Celebration from 6:30 to 7:30 honoring Barbara Burns, Jake DeLange and Sharon Munson. The farewell celebration will include music and food from Georgia Bobs. Food Orders must be submitted to the school office by Wednesday, May 16th and the cost is $5/ person.
Rain Plans for Music & Munchies
Music & Munchies is tomorrow (April 21st) from 4-6 p.m. Rain cancels this event. We will post via our Facebook page, website and e-mail blast no later than 3 p.m. tomorrow if we will need to cancel due to weather.
Music & Munchies, April 21st 4:00-6:00 P.M.
Music & Munchies is an annual event held for MOM families. During this event, families are able to kick back and relax while enjoying great music, food and fun. Each family packs their own picnic. We provide the entertainment! There will be a bounce castle, obstacle course and face painting. MOM students will be performing throughout the event. This is an outdoor event so remember to pack a picnic for your family, bring lawn chairs or blankets, and come have FUN with other MOM families!
School Pictures, April 3rd & 4th
It is time for School Pictures! Individual and Class pictures will be taken as follows: Toddler Students – Tuesday, April 3rd, Primary Students – Tuesday, April 3rd, Elementary Students – Wednesday, April 4th, Middle Years Students – Wednesday, April 4th. On both days, pictures will be taken in the morning so it is important to make sure your child arrives on time. We look forward to seeing those beautiful pictures!
1:00 Dismissal This Friday!
This Friday, March 2nd is the last day of Session 3. All students dismiss at 1:00. There is NO AFTERCARE. Thank you.
Peace Pole Update
Dear Parents, Due to the current weather forecast, and the fact that Bibb county is under a Tornado watch until 4:00 pm, the Peace Pole presentations will be held in the classrooms. Please go to your child(ren)'s classroom(s) to see their presentation. Presentations will begin promptly at the following times: Toddler: 11:40 am Primary: 11:45 am Lower Elementary: 11:30 am Upper Elementary & Middle Years: 11:15 am - Presentations for both classrooms will be held in the Upper Elementary Classroom.
Peace Pole Presentations
Due to the current weather forecast for tomorrow, the Peace Pole presentations will most likely be in the classrooms instead of outside. We will have a definite decision made by 10:00 am tomorrow morning. We will post on our website, on our Facebook page as well as send out an email blast letting you know if the presentations are outside or in the classrooms. If the presentations are outside, all classrooms will present together and it will begin promptly at 11:00 am. If the presentations are inside, please go to your child(ren)’s classroom to see their presentation. Presentations will begin at the following times: Toddler: 11:40 am Primary: 11:45 am Lower Elementary: 11:30 am Upper Elementary & Middle Years: 11:15 am– Presentation for Both held in Upper Elementary Classroom. As a reminder, if you plan on eating pizza with your child and staying for lunch you must send in your pizza order with money by 9:00 am with your child. Financial Aid Applications for the upcoming 2012-2013 school year are now available. Paper copies are available in the office or an electronic copy can be downloaded by clicking on the link below.
