Driveway and Parking Lot Safety

The Safety of our children is of utmost importance to all Montessori of Macon staff. During drop-off in the morning and pickup in the afternoon, we need your help and vigilance to ensure everyone's safety.

We ask that you:

• Slow down when entering and exiting the school driveway (5 mph speed limit).
• Keep a watchful eye out for our children.
• Refrain from using cell phones. As well as being a safety hazard, cell phone usage at these times prevents you from being fully attentive to your child. Children need your undivided attention during their last moments with you each morning and their first moments with you each afternoon.
